Operate the waste management division as a standalone profit center, including budget forecasting, cost controls, and revenue optimization. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the CEO. Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies across operational workflows. Ensure all activities adhere to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and develop risk mitigation plans. Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-site operations. Strong grasp of vendor management, service contracts, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pitch ScrapQ’s corporate waste management solutions to HR/admin/facility teams of organizations. • Lead B2B sales cycles including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. • Build strong client relationships to ensure contract renewals and upselling of services (e-waste recycling, Bio-CNG tie-ups, plastic recycling). • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with corporate ESG and CSR goals. • Maintain pipeline of prospects, track conversion ratios, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. • Represent ScrapQ in corporate sustainability forums, expos, and CSR conferences. Desired Skills & Experience: • Freshers are preferrable or 3–5 years in B2B marketing/sales (preferred industries: facilities management, waste management, sustainability services, FMCG). • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of waste management regulations, EPR norms, and ESG/CSR trends. • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage enterprise-level clients.
