Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our team at ScrapQ Hub Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing company data to support business decision-making. This position requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Collect, manage, and analyze data from various internal systems and departments. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare dashboards. Support decision-making by identifying trends and providing strategic insights. Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to meet data requirements. Automate reporting processes and improve data efficiency using Excel etc. Ensure data accuracy and maintain data confidentiality. Assist in developing and implementing data quality standards across the organization. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
