Job Description

Expand ScrapQ’s corporate portfolio by acquiring and managing clients across IT parks, manufacturing units, hospitals, and institutions for end-to-end waste management and sustainability services. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pitch ScrapQ’s corporate waste management solutions to HR/admin/facility teams of organizations. • Lead B2B sales cycles including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. • Build strong client relationships to ensure contract renewals and upselling of services (e-waste recycling, Bio-CNG tie-ups, plastic recycling). • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with corporate ESG and CSR goals. • Maintain pipeline of prospects, track conversion ratios, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. • Represent ScrapQ in corporate sustainability forums, expos, and CSR conferences. Desired Skills & Experience: • Freshers are preferrable or 3–5 years in B2B marketing/sales (preferred industries: facilities management, waste management, sustainability services, FMCG). • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of waste management regulations, EPR norms, and ESG/CSR trends. • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage enterprise-level clients.
