Job Description

A Senior Real Estate Tele-Sales position involves driving sales strategies, and achieving targets through telephonic outreach. This role requires expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.  Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through telephonic sales.  Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions.  Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective tele-sales techniques.  Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings, market trends, and pricing details.  CRM Management: Accurately record and update client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.  Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, lead generation, and other key metrics to senior management.  Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless sales process, including site visits and follow-ups.  Problem Solving: Address client objections, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate successful sales.  Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
