Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Executive who can communicate value clearly, build trust with business owners, and convert leads efficiently. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, Local SEO basics, and SaaS products—or is eager to learn quickly.  Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings. Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans/packages. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to close deals. Schedule demos for the Business Development Manager (BDM) if required. Maintain CRM records: lead status, call notes, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. ' Required Skills Strong communication skills (Hindi + English). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
