Job Description

A Real Estate Telesales Executive's main role is to sell properties by making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Key responsibilities include presenting real estate information, understanding customer needs to offer suitable properties, maintaining a customer database and CRM system, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with field sales teams to facilitate property transactions.  Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify prospective buyers or renters for properties Sales & Promotion: Present property details, explain features and benefits, and persuade potential clients to purchase or rent properties.  Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
