Job Description

A real estate sales and marketing executive generates property sales by developing marketing strategies, identifying leads, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and provide market insights. Key responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and maintaining client databases. Essential skills for this role are strong communication and negotiation abilities, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and expertise in sales and marketing techniques.  Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation:Identify and qualify leads through telecalling, networking, and marketing campaigns.  Build and maintain relationships with clients. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.  Negotiate terms and close sales ensuring client satisfaction.  Marketing & Promotion:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.  Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns for property promotion.  Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.  Manage property listings on various platforms.  Market & Client Management:Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities.  Provide clients with market insights and property evaluations.  Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.  Stay informed about real estate market trends, local conditions, and legal regulations.  Reporting & Collaboration:Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless processes and achieve goals.  Key Skills & Qualifications Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to generate leads, build rapport, and close deals effectively.  Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.  Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends.  Marketing Acumen: Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property promotion.  Client Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.  Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a client database, maintain records, and coordinate property viewings efficiently.
