Recruitment for the post of General Manager-Whole sale and Grocery Retail Store(FMCGs). Position     :  General Manager-Wholesale and Grocery Retail Store(FMCG). Location    :  Motihari and Areraj, District-East Champaran, State-Bihar. Firm Name:  Sagar Ghar Sansar and its group   Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our wholesale and grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive store performance through effective leadership and innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring a superior shopping experience. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor store financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales. Ensure compliance with all firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Employees, from senior to junior, have the responsibility to be 100% utilised and also get the work done responsibly. At every work place, it is to ensure that every worker should work in friendly manner so that it helps to develop friendly work environment which ultimate lead to growth of business. Provide sales target/work targets to every employee in every location on daily basis. After proper analysis of weekly/monthly data. Review every employee performance after work allotment to them. If finds any hurdle then help them to achieve them. Ensure for delivering profitable business in line with firm strategy and guidelines, safeguarding the assets of the firm and the reputation of the firm. Find new business development in the opportunistic area and develop strategy to start. Requirements (given below point must have): Master’s degree in Business Administration (Except distance MBA degree) Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role within the grocery/whole sale (FMCGs) industry. Required Experience Certificate minimum 5 years in FMCGs industry. Should have proper Tax Accounting Knowledge. Proper knowledge of different retail management software. Proper knowledge of Digital Marketing. (Certificate required) Excellence in letter writing to any department. Proficiency in letter writing skill. Should have HR Knowledge.
