Job Description – General Manager Industry: Diagnostics services Location: New Delhi (with national & international responsibilities) Experience Required: 20+ Years (last 15 years in diagnostic industry) Compensation: ₹18 – ₹24 LPA (depending on experience & expertise) About the Role We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Corporate, Institutional, and International diagnostics business verticals. The GM will oversee and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) across Pre-Employment Medical Services, Preventive Healthcare, Government Panels & Insurance Alliances, Medical Tourism, and Employment & Immigration Medicals. This role requires a strategic leader with strong P&L ownership, proven expertise in corporate and institutional sales, and the ability to build and sustain partnerships with corporates, PSUs, insurers, government institutions, and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of BDMs across multiple business verticals. - Set clear targets, KPIs, and review mechanisms for each vertical. - Drive accountability, ownership, and a client-centric, high-performance culture. - Resolve challenges across teams with structured problem-solving and decision-making. - Develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies across all verticals. - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and ensure full P\&L accountability. - Incubate and scale new business opportunities. Ensure each vertical contributes effectively to the company’s overall growth strategy. - Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CXOs, CHROs, PSU procurement heads, government officials, insurers, embassies, and international partners. - Support BDMs in closing high-value deals, tenders, and alliances. - Serve as an escalation point for critical accounts to ensure SLA adherence and long-term client satisfaction. - Negotiate and finalize MoUs, service contracts, and channel partnerships at a strategic level. - Collaborate with Labs, Operations, Logistics, IT, Marketing, and Finance for seamless service delivery. - Drive CRM adoption, reporting dashboards, and client engagement platforms in partnership with technology teams. - Work closely with leadership to refine pricing models, service innovations, and market expansion strategies. - Monitor MIS dashboards, sales pipelines, and revenue contributions by vertical. - Track conversion ratios, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize growth. - Present quarterly business reviews and strategic insights to leadership and the board. - Track domestic and international healthcare trends, including immigration regulations, PSU procurement policies, and insurance wellness frameworks. - Provide actionable insights on emerging opportunities in preventive care, occupational health, and medical tourism. - Represent the company at industry forums, trade events, and policy dialogues.
