Job Description

Job Scope/Description

  • Operations: Manage all daily activities, ensuring smooth, efficient processes.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies for growth, aligning departmental efforts with company goals.
  • Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, control costs, and monitor revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff and managers; foster collaboration.
  • Performance & Reporting: Evaluate operational and financial performance, report to executives, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee financial health, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage stakeholder, client, and partner relationships.

Operations & Project Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead engineering/production teams, promoting high performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality (ISO), and regulatory standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement
  • Manage project lifecycles from planning to execution, including resource allocation.

Team & Personnel Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and engineering staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
  • Handle conflict resolution and performance management.

Technical Oversight (Specific to Engineering)

  • Oversee technical design reviews and approvals.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business and client needs.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.
  • Report progress and performance to executive leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Extensive experience in management and operations.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 yrs of experience in process industry and 5 yrs in Management position.
  • Experience in equipment’s like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Towers and Heat Exchangers.
  • Experience in handling Process Skid Packages
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
