Job Title: General Manager

Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala
Salary: ₹40,000+ (Based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 4+ Years (Experience in bricks manufacturing company highly preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall operations at our Perumbavoor unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and a proven background in manufacturing—preferably in bricks or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing unit and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate production activities to achieve targets.
• Manage staff, assign tasks, and ensure team productivity.
• Monitor inventory, raw material availability, and logistics coordination.
• Implement quality standards and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Review performance metrics and submit periodic reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if strong experience).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in bricks manufacturing/ construction materials sector.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Preferences

• Experience handling a medium to large workforce.
• Knowledge of local market (Perumbavoor area) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
