Candlefoods Restaurant is looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must be strong in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with proven experience in restaurant management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Manage staff scheduling, training, and team leadership. Handle customer service issues professionally. Ensure smooth kitchen–service coordination. Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control. Track sales, revenue, and prepare management reports. Implement restaurant policies and operational improvements. Work closely with the Managing Director for targets and strategyQualifications Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost control. Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly. Basic computer skills (billing, POS, Excel).
