General Manager Marketing

• Designation: General Manager – Branding & Marketing
• Education: MBA Marketing (or equivalent)
• Experience: 12+ years in marketing (real estate exp. is a must)
• Location: Andheri (5 mins walkable from WEH and Gundavali Metro Stations // 2 km from Andheri Station)
• Industry: Real Estate / Construction
• Reporting to: Director

Responsibilities

• Manage brand building and engagement initiatives
• Conceptualize and implement ATL / BTL initiatives towards brand building
• Manage day-to-day activities associated to related marketing efforts, including, creative development, cross-functional implementation, and campaign tracking, working on several Marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, Inserts etc.
• Act as interface between Creative Agencies, strategic partners & vendors
• Analyse and forecast data on monthly basis
• Handling Media & Creative agency for Brand Promotions & timely execution of campaigns
• Giving a Briefing to Creative Agency and other vendors for the Ads & other activity
• Take quote from different vendors and negotiate with them for a best deal
• Keep track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates
• Support the sales staff with the marketing collaterals
• Coordinate with the associated creative agency, PR agency and vendor for execution of the marketing collaterals & process
• Handle Project Launch, Exhibitions, Trade fair & Events for brand enhancement as well as for increasing the number of sales
• Manage, develop, and improve the Pre-Sales process and ensure it is aligned with the brand standard

• Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
• Experience in handling marketing campaigns, collaterals, and event management.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Proficiency in working with creative agencies and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
