Role Overview

General Manager – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and OE customer needs
• Lead market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities
• Drive sales through targeted campaigns and strategic client outreach
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to support positioning and development
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs and performance goals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with OE clients and industrial buyers
