Job Title: Site Engineer /Site supervisor – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Location: Navsari ,Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹9,556.37 – ₹26,222.79 per month (Negotiable as per experience) Travel Requirement: Extensive travel and site stay as per project needs Schedule: Day Shift Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer for the erection and execution of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) at our project site in Navsari. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of work with strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all PEB erection activities on-site, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings and specifications. Interpret and review technical drawings; coordinate with the design team for clarifications and modifications. Manage and allocate manpower, erection tools, tackles, and site resources efficiently. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols throughout all site operations. Perform bolt tightening, torque testing, and alignment checks as per technical requirements. Coordinate with crane operators and erection teams for safe and efficient lifting and installation of steel structures. Maintain accurate records including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material receipt logs, and site documentation. Interact with clients, subcontractors, and inspection agencies to ensure work is progressing as per quality and schedule. Identify on-site issues and provide timely resolutions to minimise delays. Assist in project closure and final documentation for handing over the site. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PEB or steel structure erection. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of erection processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings. Familiarity with site equipment like torque wrenches, alignment tools, and surveying instruments. Basic working knowledge of STAAD, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
