Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic General Manager Marketing to lead our brand, content, design, and partnership initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping the company's brand story, driving creative excellence, and building high-impact partnerships that amplify reach and influence.

Role & responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the long-term brand vision, narrative, and positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication, design, and experience layers.
  • Lead brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity evolution.
  • Partner with leadership to embed brand thinking into product, culture, and customer experience.

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Develop a content strategy that drives awareness, credibility, and engagement.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality content including campaigns, videos, social content, editorials, blogs, and product storytelling.
  • Lead the editorial direction, tone of voice, and storytelling approach across channels.
  • Guide in-house creators, agencies, and production partners for high-impact content output.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and build strategic brand partnerships that expand market presence and audience reach.
  • Manage co-branding initiatives, influencer collaborations, events, and community programs.
  • Negotiate partnership deals and ensure mutual value outcomes.
  • Develop joint marketing plans with partners to maximize brand visibility.

Creative & Design Leadership

  • Oversee the creative and design function: brand design, visual identity, digital design, campaign creatives, and product design support.
  • Uphold creative excellence across all assets and channels.
  • Guide designers, agencies, and creative teams with clear briefs and direction.
  • Ensure brand aesthetics are modern, cohesive, and aligned with strategic goals.

Campaigns, Launches & Brand Experience

  • Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, and experiential.
  • Drive storytelling around product launches, brand moments, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure all customer-facing experience reflects the brands visual and verbal identity.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing brand, content, and design team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, growth, PR, community, and leadership teams.
  • Manage external agencies, production houses, creative partners, and content studios.

.Measurement & Brand Health

  • Define brand KPIs: awareness, sentiment, engagement, share of voice, creative performance.
  • Use insights, data, and research to refine brand strategy and communication.
  • Track performance of content, partnerships, and campaigns to inform future direction.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in brand, marketing, creative, or content leadership roles.
  • Strong experience building and scaling brands, ideally in fast-paced or consumer-facing environments.
  • Proven track record in brand storytelling, campaign leadership, and partnership development.
