Head of Marketing

Job Role: Head of Marketing Experience: 7+ years Location: Gurugram We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function at Pidge . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics or supply chain industry and a proven track record of driving brand awareness, lead generation, growth marketing strategies, and brand management. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team Brand Positioning, Communication & Management Elevate brand visibility and establish Pidge as a category leader in logistics Manage all communications – digital, PR, and offline – ensuring consistency in messaging Drive brand management efforts to strengthen positioning and recall across channels Digital & Growth Marketing Own performance marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email, etc.) Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and enhance user engagement Partnership & Market Intelligence Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth areas Product Marketing Collaborate with the product and sales team to craft compelling product narratives Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled B2B services industry Strong understanding of digital, brand, product marketing, and brand management Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment Why Join Us?
