About the Role: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas of improvement. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems. Keep up with UI/UX trends and suggest improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7-12 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
