Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Experience: 5+ years Location: Gurugram Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and process improvement, with a focus on bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making, driving product development, and enhancing business operations through strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Tech team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Work in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in data-focused roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL/database management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
