Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration

  , or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, Agile methodologies, ERP, and enterprise solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

• Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, PowerPoint, or similar

  platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
