Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing business processes, and providing IT solutions to improve operations. The day-to-day tasks will include meeting with stakeholders, documenting functional and technical requirements, supporting project management, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs. The role demands close collaboration with the development team to ensure successful implementation of IT projects.

Experience : 3+ Years,

Proven experience of working with IT Service,

Preferred Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat only.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Requirements expertise
• Experience in designing Business Processes and Information Technology solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
