Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team — ensuring business needs are effectively translated into clear, actionable solutions. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills along with strong analytical and documentation abilities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements . Translate business needs into functional specifications , workflows, and process documentation. Conduct requirement workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for clients and management. Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure seamless execution of IT projects. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions. Support the pre-sales team in preparing solution proposals, documentation, and client presentations. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that developed solutions meet business expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration , or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, ERP, and enterprise solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities. Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, PowerPoint, or similar platforms. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
