Designation: Executive/Senior Executive - CRM Job Location: Kalyan Required Experience: 5-12 years in CRM (real estate exp. is must) Required Qualification: Graduate (any stream) Industry: Real Estate Responsibilities Look after the entire post sales operations Achieve Monthly Collection Targets Address clients’ complaints, issues and resolve the same within the specific time frame Provide full support and cooperation to client after booking Interface and maintain healthy relations with the client Coordinate with sales team, project development team for after sales services to client Handle the process of registration & stamp duty of the units Ensure proper documentation from booking to final possession Prepare MIS/presentations required by management as and when required Provide Timelines for Project & Customer Wise Collection Prerequisites People Management Communication and Interpersonal Skills Motivate professionalism and team members' drive to succeed About Company Magus Infratech is led by Mr. Mayur Suchak, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative and transformative projects for over 02 decades and the group has played a pivotal role in the development of many ground-breaking projects.
