Role Description

  • Manage post-sales communication with customers.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and documentation.
  • Coordinate for agreement execution, possession updates, and handover process.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal, projects).



Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data and trends
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is preferred
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
