Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive located in Mumbai. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, retaining existing customers, and improving customer loyalty. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, resolving inquiries, facilitating seamless customer experiences, and contributing to sales initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies

• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
