Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Production Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for sampling, cost negotiations, PO placement, and production follow-ups.
• Monitor timelines for fabric procurement, trims, approvals, and bulk production progress.
• Conduct QC follow-ups and ensure quality standards are met before dispatch.
• Track vendor performance: lead times, cost adherence, quality and delivery TAT.

Product Lifecycle & Launch Management

• Maintain accurate product data including SKUs, costing, MRP, categories, attributes, and launch dates.
• Work with warehouse and operations for smooth inbound planning and timely product availability.
• Ensure collections go live on schedule across retail, SIS, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing for product visibility in campaigns, lookbooks, and promotions.
• Handover design and make a bridge between the production, ensuring clear communication and smooth transition from design concepts to manufacturing.

Market Research & Trend Insights

• Conduct competitor benchmarking for categories, prices, silhouettes, fabric trends, and new offerings.
• Share insights from store visits, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Recommend product improvements based on market needs and brand positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design for sampling, revisions, and range finalization.
• Align with retail teams to gather store-level product performance insights.
• Coordinate with marketing for product shoots, visual merchandising, and uploads.
