Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Merchandiser position located in Tiruppur. The Junior Merchandiser will assist in coordinating with customers, managing product samples, monitoring production processes, and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like design, production, and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction. Tracking market trends and contributing to product development will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of textile process
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common project management tools
• Prior experience or internships in merchandising or garment production is an advantage
