Role Snapshot

Key Requirements
  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a CRM or customer support role (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with close attention to documentation accuracy
  • Working knowledge of post-sales processes, collections coordination, and customer query resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining service quality benchmarks
