CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound

    telecalling

    for marketing and customer engagement
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills

    (verbal and interpersonal)
  • Proven experience in

    telecalling and marketing

  • Strong customer-handling and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is an added advantage

Eligibility

  • Minimum

    3 years of relevant experience

  • Candidates must be based in or willing to work from

    Chennai

  • Immediate joiners preferred

    (Notice period not exceeding 10 days)
