About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, enhance client engagement, and drive customer retention through effective CRM strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience using CRM tools and data to deliver business insights and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  2. Design and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, upselling, and retention.
  3. Segment customers based on behavior, purchase patterns, and demographics for targeted marketing.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Handle customer feedback, queries, and escalation through CRM systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop and implement loyalty programs, automated email flows, and personalized communication strategies.
  8. Support automation initiatives to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  9. Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review.


Requirements & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in CRM management, customer engagement, or marketing automation.
  3. Proficiency in CRM software or similar tools.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of email marketing tools is an advantage.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in beauty, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
