Customer Relationship Management Executive

Role Overview: As a CRM Executive at Mana Projects, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships through engagement and timely query resolution. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively. - Experience in customer engagement and relationship management. - Good understanding of real estate customer service processes. - Proficiency in ERP / CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Sheets.
