Your Mission

You will be entrusted with the dual responsibility of corporatising the existing organisation and bringing in industry-best talent to lead various business functions. As the anchor of our people-centric vision, you will:

• Drive Organisational Transformation :

  Transition Mana from a promoter-driven setup into a process-driven, professional organization.

• Attract Top Industry Talent :

  Identify and attract senior leadership and specialists across all departments to build a robust leadership pipeline.

• Re-engineer HR Systems and Processes :

  Overhaul performance management, L&D, and HR operations to meet global standards.

• Champion Culture and Change :

  Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects Mana’s evolving ethos.

• Lead Strategic HR Initiatives :

  Drive workforce planning, org design, and HR analytics to ensure business alignment and scalability.

Who We’re Looking For

• A proven HR leader (VP-HR level), preferably not mandatory – from real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporatisation, leadership hiring, and HR transformation.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, change management, and organisational design.
• Passion for building future-ready organisation with modern systems and processes
