Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining clients, and improving customer experience. The role includes analyzing customer data, implementing effective sales strategies, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally to provide timely solutions. Qualifications Strong communication skills and customer experience expertise Demonstrated ability in customer retention and handling sales processes Excellent analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple customer relationships effectively Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
