Explain the rules and regulations of the community and Vishal at the time of purchase by the customer Maintaining long term relationship with customers to generate referrals Understanding business requirements, market dynamics and available inventory to propose sales targets for respective projects and sales executives Study site visits to bookings conversion data and guide team on improving conversion ratio. Sharing inputs which will help (a) target customers better (b) improve conversion ratio of site visits (c) Pricing the product to maximize profitability while maintaining healthy sales velocity. Preparing timely and accurate reports on various data points for daily, weekly, monthly basis to help in timely and better decision making. Keeping track of sales velocity and inventory availability to help decision on timely launch of new phases. Keeping track of upcoming & new market opportunities to help management in taking appropriate land purchase decisions. Training of new sales staff. Weekly training of site sales executive for Closing deals, Negotiation Techniques, Grooming. Training regarding various bank finance Scheme, funding options and offers. Building team work understanding their concerns and resolving them. Sharing market knowledge with the executive for proper understating of Competitors Keeping track on daily follow-up of executives. Maintaining discipline and smooth work flow, coordination at site. Line up agreements for all the new customers and to ensure agreement process smoothness. Working as a mediator and a support between CRM and Client. Solving customers queries regarding agreement process to help CRM team Reporting CRM team with construction work status report for sending demands.. Preferred candidate profile Any Post Graduate / Graduate In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook)

Data Management Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system Maintain accurate information on bookings and payments Generate reports as needed Roles & Responsibilities for Executive Facilities Coordinates the maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, as appropriate, to ensure optimum functionality; identifies, assesses, negotiates as necessary, and resolves building maintenance and usage problems. Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities; assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions. Assume full responsibility for management of soft services against contracted scope of works. Coordination of site events (Festivals and Special events needs) Day to day supervision Development of a soft services improvement plan for each service. Assist in maintaining building security; report security problems to appropriate authority. Oversee day to day running of Site Soft Services in respect of scheduling, Cleaning, consumables Procurement & Housekeeping. Client and customer retention and satisfaction Prepares scheduled and periodic reports of facility usage, maintenance, and condition. Maintains and orders equipment and supplies for facility operations. Key Responsibilities of Tele Caller Make outbound calls to leads generated through referrals, and other sources. Clearly explain project features, benefits, pricing, and location advantages. Handle inquiries and objections professionally in Telugu, Hindi, and English . Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visit scheduling. Ensure a positive customer experience during telephonic interactions Preferred candidate profile equired Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. A confident, courteous, and customer-first approach. Prior experience in real estate, telecalling is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
