Job Description

Position: General Manager

Experience: 10-15 Yrs

Education: Bachelor& degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

(Master& degree preferred).

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, in alignment with the company& vision and objectives, to drive business growth and profitability.

2. Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion,

adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative

and high-performance culture, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate

relationships with key stakeholders, and participate in client presentations and negotiations.

5. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards and processes, ensuring that

projects meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to industry best practices.

6. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource

utilization to achieve financial objectives and deliver profitable results.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential

issues and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain

positive relationships, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive

feedback, and implement development plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of team

members.

10. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging

technologies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and

competitiveness.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in the civil and construction industry, with a proven track record of

successfully managing large-scale projects.

2. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to

achieve project goals.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

4. In-depth knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and

relevant regulations and standards.

5. Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability

analysis.

6. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

simultaneously.

8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
