Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Supervise and mentor staff members to achieve high performance standards.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in managing luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms and point-of-sale software.
Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
