Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotels and restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of hotel managers, chefs, and staff members to achieve exceptional results.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale hotels or resorts, with at least 8 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with Marriott International, Inc is an added advantage.
