Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies) Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments and hiring managers Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment reports Ensure all documentation and background verification is completed before onboarding Coordinate campus hiring drives and recruitment events when necessary Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and academic leaders Work closely with the HR Manager to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education or service sector Knowledge of school staffing processes and teacher recruitment is an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
