Job Overview:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching and non-teaching roles across Glendale Academy campuses. The role requires strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding
  
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies)
  
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments and hiring managers
  
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment reports
  
• Ensure all documentation and background verification is completed before onboarding
  
• Coordinate campus hiring drives and recruitment events when necessary
  
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and academic leaders
  
• Work closely with the HR Manager to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies
  
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education or service sector
  
• Knowledge of school staffing processes and teacher recruitment is an added advantage
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
