Role: Sr. Credit Manager A fast growing NBFC in retail electric vehicle finance is looking for a Sr. Credit Manager, based at Delhi. To lead credit evaluation, risk assessment, and approval processes for Electric Vehicle (EV) 3-wheeler loans for Pan India . The role involves managing the credit portfolio, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting business growth through effective credit risk management. About Us: Company is an innovative sustainability finance company focused on offering specialized debt products for Energy and Resource Sustainability initiatives, including rooftop solar and electric vehicles (EVs). Our mission is to drive innovation in debt financing related to energy and resource sustainability. We are an early mover in financing electric mobility having funded over 5000 electric vehicles in India. In retail EV finance, we aim to finance more than 5000 electric three-wheeler L5 loaders alone over the next 12 months for select OEMs in India. Key Responsibilities 1. Credit Evaluation and Approval: Assess the creditworthiness of applicants in the EV 3-wheeler segment Define the product and processes to enable lending to Small Commercial Vehicle first time owners and fleet owners Perform detailed analysis of financials, repayment capacity, and applicant business models. Conduct field visits and interact with customers to gather insights for decision-making. 2. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate credit risks while maintaining a healthy loan portfolio. Ensure adherence to organizational risk frameworks and credit policies. Monitor and resolve overdue accounts, minimizing delinquency rates. Leveraging technology and OEM partnerships to develop market leading credit risk monitoring models 3. Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure all credit operations comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk thresholds. Recommend policy changes based on market insights and operational challenges. Setting up program parameters across different product and partner program 4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales and operations teams to assess customer needs and structure viable credit solutions. Coordinate with legal, collections, and technical teams for seamless post-disbursement operations. 5. Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee the performance of the EV 3-wheeler loan portfolio in all locations. Prepare periodic reports on credit performance, risk metrics, and portfolio trends for senior management. Managing portfolio risk across partners, OEMs, cities and product segments Support city rollout and partner onboarding and collection best practice development 6. Team Development: Mentor and train junior credit and operations officers to strengthen the teams credit evaluation capabilities. Conduct training sessions on credit risk management and market-specific insights for EV financing Qualifications and Experience Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, commerce, or related field (mandatory). MBA/CA or equivalent qualification (preferred). Experience: 5–8 years of experience in credit underwriting, specifically in vehicle or asset financing. Prior experience with CV financing or 3-wheeler loans will be a strong advantage. Working Days: 6 day Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Excellent understanding of credit risk frameworks and loan underwriting. Familiarity with the market and its customer profiles. Job Summary We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales and collections of Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the specified region. The ASM will be responsible for driving the sales of EVs (primarily 3-wheelers passenger and loaders), developing and nurturing relationships with customers, and ensuring timely collections of payments. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in the assigned area. Promote and sell Electric Vehicles, including passenger and loader 3-wheelers.
