Role & responsibilities We are looking for CAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic team and enjoy a rewarding career path. Create detailed 2D and 3D building drawings using AutoCAD concepts like Layers, Blocks, Model and paper Spaces, Viewports, Plotting etc., ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Comfortable with US Units To create various Work Drawings & shop drawings based on specifications and Construction Drawings. Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software Communicating with architects and projects Managers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Ensuring final designs are compliant with job specification and project requirements. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions. Create technical submittals such as shop drawings, material submittals Create As-built at the end of the project
