Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card, personal loan, and other banking products Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits clearly Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly Follow compliance and quality standards as per bank norms Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience in the banking or financial sector Experience in credit card sales , personal loans , or banking products is highly preferred Excellent communication and convincing skills Should be result-oriented and self-motivated
