Key Responsibilities: Perform chip/component-level troubleshooting and repair of PCBs, motherboards, power supplies, and other electronic hardware. Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, BGA rework stations, and soldering/desoldering equipment. Identify faulty ICs, SMDs, transistors, capacitors, and other discrete components. Conduct preventive maintenance and system-level testing post-repair. Maintain documentation of diagnostic findings and repair logs. Work closely with the technical support and R&D teams for complex repairs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in chip/component-level repair. Proficient in reading circuit diagrams and technical manuals. Strong soldering and desoldering skills (including SMD/BGA components). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience: Prior work in service centers or electronics manufacturing/repair firms. Experience in repairing laptops, industrial electronics, telecom boards, etc.
