Key Responsibilities Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai to Indian investors and NRIs. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, site visits (virtual/physical), negotiations to final closure. Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and channel partners. Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in Dubai. Participate in property expos, client presentations, and roadshows when required. Coordinate with the Dubai property team and developers for inventory, pricing, and documentation. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales , preferably with international property exposure. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to close high-value deals independently. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics. Well-presented, dynamic, and target-driven professional. Willingness to travel occasionally, if required. Salary : Best in industry, based on experience and incentives. Preferred candidate profile
