HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end

    recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage accurate and timely

    payroll processing

    and salary disbursement
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll
  • Support performance management processes
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years in HR with hands-on experience in

    payroll and recruitment

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
