Senior Civil Engineer

Role Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, BOQs, and project documents Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site engineers, and consultants Monitor labor deployment, material usage, and project progress Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports and site updates Handle on-site technical issues and ensure timely resolution Assist in estimation, billing, and documentation work Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to construction Requirements: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site management Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken & written)
