induspect india pvt liites is looking for Field Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyWork with hiring managers to understand the requirements of job openings and develop a strategy to attract and hire the best candidates.Identify potential candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and conduct on-site interviews to identify potential candidates.Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure that they have a positive experience with the company.Coordinate with hiring managers and human resources to ensure that the onboarding process is smooth and efficient.Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track the progress of the hiring process.Ensure that hiring practices are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.Provide regular updates to hiring managers and human resources regarding the progress of the hiring process.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
