Role Description

The Field Recruiter role at Instamart is a full-time, on-site position based in Purasawalkam. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to meet operational staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment drives, networking to build a pipeline of candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify and fulfill recruitment goals. Additionally, the Field Recruiter will ensure compliance with hiring policies and optimize hiring strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in conducting interviews and networking
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance with hiring policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or on-ground recruitment role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
