About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy Full Stack Digital Marketer who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. This role requires someone who can independently manage our entire digital ecosystem—from implementing no-code/low-code solutions to creating high-converting landing pages, while maintaining a strong business and marketing acumen.

You will be the go-to person for all tech-related marketing initiatives, system integrations, and digital infrastructure management without the need for traditional coding.


Key Responsibilities

Technology & Systems Management:

  • Evaluate, select, and implement the right tech tools and platforms for various business functions (CRM, HR, Operations, Marketing)
  • Design and architect the overall tech stack and tool ecosystem for the organization
  • Set up and configure applications using no-code/low-code platforms
  • Integrate multiple tools and platforms to create seamless workflows and automation
  • Manage and optimize existing digital systems and tools across the organization
  • Create comprehensive system documentation and standard operating procedures

CRM & Database Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage CRM systems using platforms like Airtable, ClickUp, and similar tools
  • Build custom databases, workflows, and automation sequences
  • Maintain data integrity and create reporting dashboards
  • Segment audiences and manage customer journey mapping within CRM systems

Landing Pages & Web Assets:

  • Create high-quality, conversion-optimized landing pages using builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar platforms
  • Design and implement lead capture mechanisms and forms
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize page performance
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading times

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide first-level technical support for all digital tools and platforms
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and system errors
  • Coordinate with external vendors or support teams when advanced technical help is needed
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

Strategic Planning & Architecture:

  • Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Create detailed implementation plans for new tools and systems
  • Recommend scalable solutions that grow with the business
  • Map out user journeys and customer touchpoints across digital platforms

Marketing Operations:

  • Manage marketing automation platforms and workflows
  • Run end-to-end Performance Marketing & campaigns including Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other key platforms.
  • Set up email marketing campaigns and sequences
  • Implement tracking pixels, analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Coordinate cross-platform marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with strong technical capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the complete digital marketing technology stack
  • Proven expertise with no-code/low-code platforms and tools
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Experience building landing pages using drag-and-drop builders
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and workflow creation
  • Knowledge of integration tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
  • Experience in running end-to-end Performance Marketing & campaigns including Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other key platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

Technical Competencies:

  • Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate tech solutions for business needs
  • Understanding of API connections and third-party integrations (without coding)
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
  • Experience with form builders, survey tools, and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma (basic understanding)
  • Ability to run essential marketing tools & platforms.

Business & Marketing Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to think strategically about business processes and efficiency
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Understanding of customer journey and funnel optimization
  • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and implement performance marketing & its tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Quick learner who stays updated with latest marketing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with specific tools: Airtable, ClickUp, Webflow, Zapier, Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for minor customizations, not development)
  • Experience with HR tech platforms and operational tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization principles
  • Previous experience setting up complete tech ecosystems from scratch

Location & work arrangement

  • Location: Greenpark Extension, Delhi NCR (Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR)
