About the Role

Redial Clinic is seeking a confident, patient-focused Sales Manager to handle incoming leads, convert them into consultations and program enrollments, and guide patients throughout their diabetes reversal journey.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Sales

  • Speak with warm leads received in the CRM from various sources including calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand patient needs and assess suitability for diabetes reversal programs.
  • Book and manage consultations with doctors to ensure a high show-up rate.
  • Present program options, explain pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Patient Journey & Coordination

  • Guide patients throughout their journey from enquiry → consultation → onboarding.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, track progress, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Act as the single point of contact for patients until the program begins.

Operational Excellence

  • Update all lead and patient information accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on pending leads and consultation reminders.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with medical teams, nutritionists, and care coordinators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales or patient counselling.
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM/EMR tools and structured sales processes.
  • High ownership, discipline, and empathy towards patients.

Preferred

  • Experience in diabetes care, wellness programs, lifestyle medicine, or similar clinics.
  • Candidates based in South Delhi or nearby.
