Senior Sales Counselor (SSC) Location: Green Park, New Delhi | Full-Time, On-Site At Redial Clinic, we don’t just manage diseases, we help patients reverse them. Our doctor-led clinic specializes in reversing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through personalized, science-backed approach. Role Summary. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Counselor who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about creating real transformation in people’s lives. SSC will be the first touchpoint for high-intent leads, guiding them through a decision that could truly change their health forever. This is not a call-center role, it’s a consultative, high-ticket sales position that demands ownership, strategic thinking and persuasive sales skills. Key Responsibilities: - Counseling high-intent inbound patients generated through social media and other marketing campaigns, and converting them to avail consultations and treatment programs. - Maintaining high CRM accuracy with timely and structured follow-ups. - Collaborating with team of doctors, trainers, and nutritionists for smooth onboarding. - Regularly optimizing pitches and closing scripts based on feedback and performance metrics. - Coordinations, as applicable, before and after consultations and esuring programs can begin without delay & runs effecitiently. - Optimizing sales pitches, discovery flows, and closing scripts based on call audits. - Presenting pricing, payment plans, and financing options transparently; driving timely collections and enrollment confirmations. - Tagging, segmenting, and scoring leads in the CRM to support targeted nurture campaigns with the marketing team. - Generating weekly funnel & source-wise conversion reports and sharing insights to improve campaign ROI. - Logging FAQs and patient concerns to inform updates to sales scripts, patient education material, and clinic knowledge bases. - Upholding ethical practices. Protecting patient confidentiality and data compliance in all systems and communication channels. - Mentoring junior counselors through shadow calls, feedback, and role-play to raise team conversion rates. Key Requirements: - 4-5 years of proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (mandatory). - Strong background in consultative selling, preferably in healthcare, automobile sectors or real estate. - Fluent in English & Hindi. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required. - Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and client engagement skills.
